Hotel Air Suites Guayaquil

We loved our 1 night stay. We got a room with a bath. The breakfast was DELICIOUS and efficient with eggs and yoghourt.

The whole place was clean, I loved it, and had excellent staff and rooms. The breakfast had plenty of options, boiled eggs and yoghourt.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 1 night stay. Executive suite included a safe, a sofa bed, an iron and ironing board. The breakfast was included and consisted of yoghourt and scrambled eggs.

Had really great stay for one night. The room I stayed in was non-smoking and cool with 4 twin beds and 2 bedrooms plus A/C. Plenty of options for breakfast including scrambled eggs, tea and yoghourt.

Disappointing aspect was not so clean bathroom.

rooms were cosy, staff was very flexible, breakfast was outstanding. views were excellent! i appreciated that it had efficient location very close to the airport. i had access to easy free parking, heated pool.

Everywhere was fairly clean, staff were kind, great bed. Air conditioned rooms, a huge bathroom. Walking distance to shopping centres and a big shopping mall across the street. Good eggs and yoghourt, enjoyed it.

The place was cheerful, spotless, had exceptional location and staff. They made my stay thoroughly enjoyable! Room had a luxury bathroom and free wireless internet access, balcony and free tea. The view of the sea was absolutely stunning. Close to a bus stop, nice extra comfy area. Besides, the hotel was 2 km away from parque lineal.

We think it's a super base for staying in Guayaquil

The breakfast was savoury, the room was non-smoking and air-conditioned, we loved it. Location not far from the airport. Good customer care too.

A cozy hotel in Guayaquil. Unbeatable location, walking distance to really interesting area. Restaurant was at walking distance from the property.

Staff and food were perfect, we loved that everything was perfectly fine. Overall clean and small hotel in Simon Bolivar district. In the restaurant they served Colombian cuisine dishes. Moreover, free wifi was ok, you can use it throughout the property.

Decent place for exploring Guayaquil. Restaurant is good! A mini-fridge-bar, a seating area and ironing facilities in our double room were realy useful during our stay.

We appreciated the helpful staff and the location was great. A cool bonus was nearby Juan Valdez Cafe, that offered tea and coffee

good choice for a 1-night stay. plenty of extra supplies: an individual safe, tv set and ironing facilities. the place is 3.7 miles away from guayaquil downtown.

We enjoyed staff and location. Decent base for your vacations in Guayaquil.

El Cafe de Tere is located within 1000 feet from the hotel. Staff was FRIENDLY and we loved our stay. The property met expectation.
